He has his Executive MBA in Luxury from HEC - Paris (75) IN 2013 to 2014 . He has Certificate in Leadership from HEC PARIS - Paris (75) in 2014. He studied Economy and International Finance from SORBONNE in 2000 and Contemporary Art from HEC. THESE ARE HIS AREA OF EXPERTISE- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT • Responsible for the brands Budgets and P&L to maximize returns on investment • Production of Financial analyse reporting in order to analyse and monitor the business • Due diligence in M&A process from sourcing, winning mandates to deal execution • Performing extensive valuation and pricing analyses and playing key role in the transaction execution process • Taking primary responsibility for the Cash Management: cash optimisation, FOREX analyse, Credit Insurance • Maintaining client relations during the deal execution period and building expertize • Business partner to develop and maintain leading relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders • Initiating new client relationships and expanding a business franchise in Luxury and different product range
