Biography
I joined Aston University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in September 2013, working in the European Bioenergy Research Institute (EBRI) under the supervision of Professors Karen Wilson and Adam F. Lee. Prior to my current position, I worked as Research Associate at Cardiff University. I undertook postgraduate research in catalytic and ion-exchange applications of layered double hydroxides from Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSIR-CSMCRI), India, receiving a PhD in October 2012. My role in EBRI is developing solid acid-base catalysts for biomass mass conversion and biofuel production.
