Biography
Rod joined Element through its acquisition of Materials Engineering Research Laboratory (MERL) in 2012, now Element Hitchin, where he served as CEO. As well as an MA in Management, Rod has a PhD in Aerospace engineering and his career includes 8 years working at NASA Langley Research Centre before joining MERL.
