Biography
Will is the Group Finance Director at Element Materials Technology, responsible for leading the Exova finance function during the integration period, including the Group’s Shared Service Centres. Will joined Element through its acquisition of Exova where he served as Director of Group Finance. Prior to join Exova, he was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in the large listed client sector. During his career, Will has been involved in a number of capital market transactions and has developed deep expertise in financial reporting, governance, risk and controls from 15 years of auditing UK listed companies predominantly in the energy, utility and mining sectors.
