Aslak Øglænd

Biography

Aslak joined Faroe Petroleum as Business Development Manager Norway in 2017. He has over 13 years’ experience across a range of Commercial/BD, Strategy and Finance roles in the oil & gas industry.   Aslak began his career at Ernst & Young (EY) prior to joining Shell back in 2005. He spent 12 years with Shell in a variety of roles, initially as an economist working on several large and complex transactions; then moving on to the commercial management of Shell’s exploration assets in Norway as well as leading Shell’s business development activities in Norway.  

Research Interest

Aslak holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
