Biography
Ms. Hauser is Vice President – Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for General Electric Company (“GE”). Prior to joining GE in 2013, Ms. Hauser was a partner in the Accounting Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) National Professional Services Group. In addition, Jan also served as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1991-1993. Ms. Hauser is on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC), a group that advises the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on matters related to board projects and agenda prioritization. She is also on the Committee on Corporate Reporting of Financial Executives International.
