Biography
She is a consultant in Clinical Oncology specialising in the treatment of Breast Cancer at Spire Harpenden Hospital and the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre with sessions at the Luton and Dunstable Hospital. She graduated from Cambridge University in 1993 and was awarded her MD from the University of London in 2006 for her thesis entitled “The Vascular Effects of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Primary Breast Cancer”. Her research project led her to be awarded “Young Investigator of the Year” by the British Oncology Association in 2004 and, in the same year, she received a Merit Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology for her research work.
