Biography
Luz has over 25 years of experience in IT and management in healthcare, and is one of the key leaders in the German and Swiss healthcare industries. He joined GHX during an acquisition of medicforma.com GmbH in 2006 where he served as the managing director. He founded medicforma.com GmbH with two partners in 2000 and it soon became the leading EDI platform in the German healthcare industry. Prior to establishing medicforma.com, Luz held various management roles at organizations that provided IT solutions and technology in healthcare, SAP amongst them. Luz holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Darmstadt, and a doctorate in Medical Computer Science from the University Hospital of Frankfurt Main.
