Biography
She covered the areas of law and crime as the Home Affairs Correspondent of The Scotsman, before becoming the newspaper’s Assistant News Editor. Her campaigning journalism led to a government review and an investigation by the GMC after dozens of mothers were wrongly accused of child abuse and murder. Working for a range of national and local newspapers in the UK, she launched a successful newspaper campaign to change the law for victims of rape in Scotland.
