Biography
Jill B. Smart has served as a non-employee director of our Board since July 2016. Since 2015, Ms. Smart has served as President of the National Academy of Human Resources, the organization where individuals and institutions of distinction are recognized for professional achievement by election as a “Fellow.” Ms. Smart spent over 33 years at global professional services company Accenture, including 10 years as Accenture’s Chief Human Resources Officer, before her retirement from Accenture in 2014
