Biography
Ronald P. Vargo has served as a non-employee director of our board since January 2012. Mr. Vargo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ICF International, Inc. (ICF) from April 2010 to May 2011. Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Vargo served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) from 2006 to 2008.
