Paul has been working for and with pharma/biotech companies since completing his post-doctoral studies in 1999. An experienced scientist that has worked in business development for more than 15 years, he leads a team of business development staff and works closely with a wider scientific team to grow Tepnel’s business and help, as part of the senior management team, to make strategic decisions.
