Biography
Jim Ratcliffe Jim has been Chairman of INEOS since 1998. He has 38 years experience in the chemicals industry. In 1992 he led the successful buyout of Inspec Group plc, which he left in 1998 to lead the acquisition of INEOS plc (currently INEOS Oxide) from Inspec. Jim began his career with Exxon Chemicals where he completed his MBA at London Business School before moving to Courtaulds. From Courtaulds he joined Advent International and then Inspec.
