Biography
Jane was appointed to the Board on 18 August 2009. She originally joined the Group following the acquisition of Cosy plc in October 2001. Jane was initially responsible for the UK finance function before moving into the role of Group Financial Controller in 2004. In November 2005, Jane also took over the responsibility of Company Secretary and she subsequently assumed the role of Acting Group Finance Director prior to her appointment to the Board. Prior to joining the Group Jane had several senior finance positions in smaller private companies. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and qualified in 1993.
