Biography

I joined the Centre for Medicines Optimisation within the School of Pharmacy in 2008, but have worked at Keele University since 2000. I provide administrative and data analysis support for the Keele University Benchmarking Service and am the first point of contact for enquiries. My key responsibilities are assisting with analysis of data so that reports can be produced, co-ordinating content and designing electronic questionnaires, co-ordinating content and designing annual marketing information, keeping website up-to-date, as well as organising our annual user group meetings and other ad-hoc meetings where necessary.
