Kalpesh Thakrar

Biography

Having predominantly worked within hospital pharmacy, I also have experience in community and prison pharmacy and most recently working as a pharmacist in an intermediate care setting. Over my career so far I have gained comprehensive experience working at a number of large teaching hospitals in a variety of specialities. I joined the School of Pharmacy in 2015 on a part-time basis, where I deliver therapeutics teaching to stages 2, 3 and 4 on the MPharm course. I also facilitate experiential learning at the Royal Stoke University Hospital enabling students to apply their clinical knowledge within a working environment.
