Biography
Gilly comes with years of experience as a neurobiologically informed trauma therapist built on an integrative counselling degree designed to be tailored to individual journeys of healing and to withstand developments from new research. Gilly’s background is in working with ‘big T’ and multiple ‘small t’ trauma and the associated symptoms ranging across the spectrum from disordered eating habits and substance abuse, self-destructive behaviour, debilitating thoughts and emotions, developmental and relational issues to those attracting labels like PTSD, dissociation and borderline personality disorders. Gilly also has a special interest in the role of understanding the relationship and resolving ruptures with our spiritual connection as part of the healing journey.
