Biography

"Michael Bowsher is a QC with a diverse practice based around EU and commercial law.  He has a unique practice in public procurement, having appeared in many of the major UK procurement cases over the last decade. He has been heavily involved in representing and advising clients in claims for damages and injunctions regarding public and utilities procurement since the regime was first established in the UK.  Michael  also involved in many procurement matters outside the UK and in matters involving trade restrictions in procurement markets.  He is also involved in government contract disputes throughout the EU beyond and is a chartered arbitrator.
