David Llewelyn

Biography

"A solicitor, David is a partner and Head of Intellectual Property at international law firm White & Case in its London office. He is also External Director of the IP Academy Singapore and Honorary Professor in Intellectual Property Law at Hong Kong University. After a period as a NATO Fellow in 1979, he spent nearly two years as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich. In July 1994, David founded Llewelyn Zietman, which grew to a 25-lawyer firm before he left in September 1999 to join White & Case.
