Biography

"Fabio is a competition lawyer qualified in England & Wales, Rome and New York currently holding a senior legal position within the Competition & Economics Division of the Financial Conduct Authority. Prior to joining the Financial Conduct Authority, Fabio has had significant private practice experience, in UK magic circle and US law firms, in particular on cartel investigations, merger cases and compliance matters (ranked in Global Chambers 2012 to 2014 in “Competition/European Law: UK”). Fabio obtained his law degree, magna cum laude and with the honour of the publication of the final dissertation (History of Antitrust Laws in the US, EC and Italy), at LUISS University in Rome.
