Biography
Robert Chambers is a Professor of Private Law in The Dickson Poon School of Law. Professor Chambers practised as a barrister and solicitor in Alberta before obtaining his DPhil from the University of Oxford under the supervision of Professor Peter Birks. He has been a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne and a professor at the University of Alberta and University College London. He is the chief examiner in equity and trusts for the University of London International Programmes, a member of the editorial boards for the Journal of Equity and Trust Law International, and chair of the Notaries' Qualification Board for England and Wales.
