Biography
Since June 2016, Stephen has been a postdoctoral researcher working with Professor Ann Mumford on the EU Fairtax Project. This considers the development of sustainable and coordinated tax and benefit policies in the EU. King's is part of a wider consortium, coordinated from Umea University in Sweden.
