Tom Wesel is a barrister and member of the Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. As a practitioner he advises on UK and cross-border tax issues arising for individuals and families where they encounter difficulties or could take advantage of tax planning opportunities through the overlap of a number of countries’ tax systems.
