Biography
I studied Psychology and Cultural Studies at the Humboldt-University Berlin, Germany. I received my PhD from the University of Leipzig, Germany in the area of Work and Organisational Psychology and Social Psychology. Furthermore, I acquired a psychotherapeutic qualification in Logotherapy/Existential Analysis. Before joining Kingston University, I conducted research at the University of Leipzig, Germany and for London Business School.
Research Interest
I review manuscripts for journals such as 'Gender in Management', 'European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology', 'Gender, Work and Organization', and 'British Journal of Management'.
