Nicola Harrap

Biography

I am experienced GPhC registered pharmacist having working in hospital, primary care and academia and in both UK and US healthcare systems. I have taught pharmacy practice and clinical skills across all years of the MPharm, OSPAP, Foundation Degree and Foundation Year courses. My key teaching interests are in using simulations to support communication and clinical skills in both pharmacy only and interprofessional settings. I have also taught pharmaceutical calculations skills across the pharmacy courses and encourage students to engage in a wide variety of blended learning resources to improve their competence and confidence in this area.
