Biography
"Michelle qualified as a registered mental health nurse in 2011, after graduating from Kingston University with a BSc (Hons) Nursing. She began her career as a staff nurse in a female medium secure unit and then joined the Complex Needs Service as a Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) therapist working with service users with a diagnosis of personality disorder. She continues her clinical work as an honorary therapist with this service. Michelle developed an interest in working with service users with a diagnosis of personality disorder as a student nurse. She completed a degree in psychosocial interventions in 2013 and has promoted working with carers in her clinical area, establishing and facilitating a successful family and friends group."
