Biography
Ben completed his PhD in Synthetic Biology at Imperial College London in early 2016. His research focused on the directed evolution of target proteins to engineer both novel and improved functionality. He has a keen interest in DNA assembly and was heavily involved in the design, optimisation and automation of a novel assembly protocol. Ben previously received his MRes in Synthetic Biology (Distinction) from University College London and his BSc in Biomedical Science/Forensics from Brunel University.
