Biography
Dr. Chris Walton is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Lancaster University , UK. His research interests includes people with intellectual disabilities, the attitudes that others hold towards members of that population, how they are supported in interaction in social and health care settings and the relationships between the two. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Chris Walton is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to people with intellectual disabilities, the attitudes that others hold towards members of that population, how they are supported in interaction in social and health care settings and the relationships between the two.
