Biography
Paul Kearns is a Barrister (MT)(NP) and was initially the City Solicitors' Educational Trust Lecturer in Human Rights Law, University of Manchester. He took up a permanent post at Manchester University in 2001 as a Lecturer in Law. Formerly, he was a Visiting Professor at I.D.A.I.C., Florence, and Lecturer in Law at the University of Leicester.
