Biography
After graduation, Steve had his House Officer training at the Liverpool Dental Hospital. He then moved to Withington and Chester to complete his Senior House Officer training. In 1991 he became a Registrar in Orthodontics in the Department of Child Dental Health at the Newcastle Dental Hospital. Subsequently he spent his Senior Registrar years at Blackburn Royal Infirmary, Burnley General Hospital and Manchester University Dental Hospital completing his training in 1997.
