Biography
Leah Ralph is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s London office. She joined the firm in 2003 as an Associate in the Boston office. Leah specializes in L.E.K.’s life sciences practice and advising clients on a range of critical strategic issues. She has worked on a diverse set of consulting projects across the biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device industries. Leah has extensive experience providing strategic advice to life sciences companies across a range of development and commercialization issues. Her project experience has included corporate strategy, portfolio planning and optimization, and transaction support. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University. She received her Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
