Biography

Ipsita has nine years of professional experience as a practicing Architect and an additional eight years in Project Management. After graduating with a gold medal from her university in 1996, she has worked as an Architect with some of the most reputed firms in the country and has managed her own Architectural Practice, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of commercial, corporate, industrial and residential projects. Ipsita has established and manages the Real Estate Advisory division in Masters and is currently playing a pivotal role in undertaking Pre-development and Value Management assignments. She frequently takes the lead in establishing Pre-construction management strategies for new projects. In addition Ipsita is responsible for Business Development, International Expansion, Team building, Client management and Strategic planning with a view to Masters undertaking new business ventures.
