Biography
ane Evers is the Institute Manager at the National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London. Jane originally trained as a developmental neurobiologist with a PhD in the Department of Anatomy at University College London. After completing postdoctoral research positions at Yale University and University College London researching aspects of synaptic plasticity during early development, she worked for the Medical Research Council in their Head Office scientific and HR teams. Jane has been involved in the direct management of medical research institutes since 1995 and has amassed significant higher education and charity experience. Jane joined Imperial College as Manager of the Division of Medicine in 2007 and transferred to NHLI in 2010.
