Research Interest
My research interests are particularly centered on the area of occupational health psychology, specifically the impact of the following areas on employees: occupational well-being; sleep; the 24-hour society; diurnal preference (morningness/eveningness); work life balance and the anticipation of events (i.e. organisational change). I also carry out consultancy work around employee recruitment and selection, including the application of psychometric testing and employee development.
