Fiona Wood

Biography

 Fiona is a principal lawyer in the Family team. She specialises in financial settlements upon divorce, particularly those with complex business and farming assets. Fiona acted for the wife in the reported High Court case D v D (2010) EWHC 138, which involved a family farming business of significant value. Fiona also deals with issues relating to: children cohabitation disputes civil partnership disputes pre-nuptial agreements. Many of Fiona's cases have an international element, her clients often having assets abroad or living abroad. She acts for professionals, business owners, professional sportspeople and their spouses and partners.
