Biography
Patrick is a partner in the Serious Injury division and specialises in Industrial Disease compensation claims including mesothelioma claims, asbestos related lung cancer cases, asbestosis, bladder cancer and asthma claims. He acts for individuals and their families in disease compensation claims against employers, local authorities and other polluters including factory occupiers, in claims for disease victims.
