Biography
Dave is one of the founding directors of PD&MS and has held all senior management and executive roles since starting the business in 2002. This includes engineering and commissioning, design and project engineering, and project management. Dave received formal training and professional qualifications in the Merchant Navy as a marine engineering officer, earning his Marine Engineering Second Class Certificate of Competency (MOTOR) award while working for BP Tankers.
Research Interest
He has worked in the marine and oil and gas industries for more than 40 years with extensive hands-on experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
