Biography
Mr. Ashley Clarke is Executive Director of Formulation Development. He joined Pharmaron in January 2017 with over 25 years' experience in formulation development and clinical supplies manufacture within the pharmaceutical industry. He is located in Beijing. Prior to this, Mr. Clarke held the position of Principal Scientist within Merck, Sharp & Dohme’s Pharmaceutical Sciences group in the U.K. His main area of expertise is in the design of oral, solid dosage forms where he has been responsible for numerous formulation development projects. Additionally, he has led a team responsible for the manufacture of phase IV (post marketing) clinical supplies. Mr. Clarke graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Bradford, U.K in 1990.
