His academic background includes Phil/PhD at the University of Bath, which was continued at the University of Basel.Davoud Paydar is a highly successful businessman with more than 30 years’ experience in the chemical industry. His wide range of responsibilities over the years have included business development and strategic alliances. His area of expertise covers chemical, cosmetics, API’s, organic chemistry with distinctive competence in Raw materials of Surfactants, Surfactants, Cosmetics & Hygiene and including toiletry and perfume. Davoud Paydar founded Gibs Chemie AG in 1990 as well as acting as the managing director of Glan Cosmetics & Hygiene for over 6 years successfully managing a workforce of 145 people.
