Biography
His academic background includes studying for graduate and postgraduate degrees in strategic HR management, business administration (MBA), psychology and social work. He has been an associate lecturer at Canterbury Business School and London University on HR Management and HR Development, delivering courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate (Masters) levels. His PhD studies examined the impact on professional staff of health and social care service integration. His work has been recognised by being made a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Directors. John is an advisor to the government of the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and private healthcare organisations in the UK on long-term conditions and digital health. He also Chairs the National Association for People Abused in Childhood and has also worked with a number of other charities providing services to vulnerable adults. John is passionate about improving the health, and lives, of individuals through changes in the way healthcare and health services, are delivered.
