Biography
Dr Hannah Trewby is a researcher at Quadram Institute, United Kingdom. In her current role, she work with large-scale whole genome sequence data on antimicrobial resistance in E. coli and other enterobacteria, with the aim of understanding how antimicrobial resistance spreads between different countries and continents, and between different host species.
