 I am a proactive,versatile and efficient Biomedical scientist,I work well within a team and also performs excellently with individual intuition and responsibilities. I am imaginative,resourceful,respectful to all grades of staffs,have great interpersonal and leadership acumen towards my my professional callings. I work well under pressure ensuring turn around times are met,my integrity is un shaking in the face of temptation and I am blessed with good health. My objective is to provide quality services in a professional manner and support my department of Blood Sciences in every possible ways I can and the hospital as a whole ensuring the objectives,policies and aim of the establishment are met at all times. My vision is to provide safe, high quality seamless services rendered with courtesy and respect.in my work i put Honesty, Openness & Integrity,fairness,respect and dignity of human a top priorirty I am a versatile Blood film reader using its findings and correlating the disease state of such finding in suggesting a potent diagnosis for the medical personnel in managing the patient effectively  I have extensive experience in using  ABX MACHINES for routine heamatology tests and 5 indicator differential Advia 2120i ,Sysmex machines,coulter machines ,cell dyne ,status T540 for all routine heamatology tests  Starred esr analyser  All tops coagulation machines Diamed gel cards Auto view ,Galileo for primary blood grouping ,secondary phenotypic and sickle cell screening  Generic uses of instrumentation in the laboratory Telepath,Bhi,lab center e.t.c
