Lucy Wright

Biography

Lucy Wright has 11 years of experience in contaminated land site assessment, investigation, quantitative risk assessment and remediation for property developers, corporate entities and financial institutions. Lucy also carries out due diligence auditing, which includes divestiture, acquisition and compliance due diligence. She has conducted environmental site assessments for a variety of commercial and industrial facilities in the UK, Western Europe and Russia. She has undertaken more specific due diligence assessments of chemical manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical plants, industrial facilities and railway land. Lucy is currently retained by an international port operator to provide environmental consultancy including due diligence assessment and contaminated land risk assessment for a UK strategic port development. Other experience includes the management and coordination of environmental management system audits and compliance audits, as well as the preparation of environmental management plans in relation to environmental permitting. Lucy has a BSc (hons) in Environmental Science, and is an Institute of Environmental Management Assessment (IEMA) registered auditor and associate member.
