Simon Corness

Biography

 Simon has over twenty years of experience in urban regeneration and environmental improvement work in the fields of geo-environmental investigations and remediation, hydrogeology and environmental audit. Simon has extensive experience in the management and coordination of multidisciplinary environmental projects coupled with detailed knowledge and application of site investigation techniques and remediation of contaminated land involving qualitative and quantitative risk assessment. He has worked for a local authority and private consultancies in public partnerships and for large private firms. He has particular expertise in the preparation of contract documentation and contract management and is conversant in the most recent methodology, assessment tools and legislation.
