Aditya Sehgal

Biography

Joined RB in 1994 as a management trainee in the Indian business. He had various roles in sales and marketing in the Indian business before moving to manage global brands in 2005. In 2008, he moved to China as Marketing Director and had positions of increasing responsibility including GM China and SVP, Regional Director North Asia before taking up the role of SVP, Global Category Officer, Healthcare in 2015. In 2017 he moved briefly to head the North America business as SVP, Regional Director North America. On announcement of the acquisition of the Mead Johnson company, Aditya was appointed EVP, Infant and Child Nutrition, in Feb 2017 leading the Mead Johnson division globally.
