Biography
"Rosamond is a Senior Lecturer in psychology at Regent's University London, who leads the BSc Psychology Programme. Following completion of a First Class BSc (Hons) in psychology at the University of East London, she was awarded ‘1+3' funding from the ESRC to pursue an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology and a PhD at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Rosamond has ten years' experience of teaching psychology at degree level in a number of higher education institutions, both undergraduate and postgraduate. She has taught Cognitive Psychology, Psychobiology, Cognitive Neuropsychology and Research Methods (both quantitative and qualitative) and has supervised many undergraduate dissertations in psychology. She has achieved Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in recognition of her professionalism in teaching. She is also an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Scientist"
Research Interest
Research interests are in visuospatial attention, in particular the impairments following right hemisphere brain damage. Rosamond also takes a keen interest in pedagogical issues and is currently engaged in research on the use of student voting systems, and studying abroad.
