Biography
He was a Managing Partner of Four Partners since February 1992. Prior to 1992, Mr. Tisch was a Managing Partner in predecessor partnerships. He has been a Director of kgb (InfoNXX Inc.,) since 1992; Reunited Holdings, Inc. since 1986. He has been an Independent Director of Sears Holdings Corporation (formerly, known as Kmart Holding Corp.) since 2005. He serves as a Director of New York University Medical Center. He serves as a Trustee at the Manhattan Institute, Mount Sinai-NYU Health System, The Henry Kaufman Campgrounds Inc. and Municipal Assistance Corporation for the City of New York and Brown University. He served as a Director of General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., (formerly known as Anteon International Corp.) from February 2002 to October 17, 2005 and Synageva BioPharma Corp. from June 2012 to June 22, 2015. He serves as the Chancellor of Brown University. Mr. Tisch is a graduate of Brown University, where he received his AB and he received his JD at New York University School of Law.
