Biography
Mark joined Rolls-Royce in 2005 and was appointed General Counsel in October 2015 Before his appointment as General Counsel he held various positions in the Group, most recently as Head of Legal and Commercial. In February 2016, Mark was appointed as a member of the Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG (“RRPS”) Supervisory Board, and sits on the RRPS Audit Committee. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Mark trained and practiced at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London and Hong Kong. He studied English and German law and is a practising Solicitor (England and Wales).
