Biography
Richard Andrew Smyth serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Ros Agro PLC since March 3, 2011. He was elected to the Board of Directors with effect from February 25, 2011. He graduated from Oxford University in the UK in 1984. He became Mars regional president in Central Europe and the CIS in January 2009 and was a general manager at LLC Mars from 2003 to 2009
