Biography
International legal norms on the use of force seem aimed at reducing violence and maintaining international peace. At the same time, the conduct of a number of states of providing military assistance, especially arms, to states involved in domestic conflicts seems concerning the principle of non-intervention in domestic affairs. Can and how state-to-state military assistance in these scenarios be reconciled with these principles? Is there any gap in the current state of the art of international law?
